The Gwadar Builders and Developers Association (GBDA) was established in December 2004.

Its primary objective is to promote Gwadar as a future economic hub at both national and international levels.

We provide a platform to resolve issues faced by builders and developers, address security and regulatory concerns, and coordinate with institutions such as the Gwadar Development Authority.

In addition, we organize seminars, conferences, and workshops to resolve disputes between investors and landowners, counter negative narratives, and highlight ground realities.

امریکہ اور ایران کے درمیان جاری کشیدگی نے خلیج فارس اور آبنائے ہرمز میں رسد کی روایتی راہداریوں کو غیر یقینی بنا دیا ہے۔ ایسے حالات میں دنیا سپلائی چین ڈائیورسفکیشن کی طرف جا رہی ہے۔ اس تناظر میں گوادر کو صرف ایک بندرگاہ نہیں بلکہ ایک اسٹریٹجک آپشن کے طور پر دیکھا جا رہا ہے۔ حال ہی میں ایم/وی ایچ ایم او لیڈر نے 35 کنٹینرز ٹرانس شپمنٹ کارگو کے ساتھ گوادر پورٹ پر کامیاب برتھ کیا، جو بڑھتے ہوئے اعتماد کا اشارہ ہے۔

کیا آپ کہہ سکتے ہیں کہ گوادر عالمی تجارتی نقشے میں ایک گیم چینجر بن رہا ہے؟

گوادر کی گہری پانی کی بندرگاہ بڑے جہازوں کے لیے موزوں ہے۔ اس وقت مزید شپنگ لائنز رابطے میں ہیں اور ٹرانس شپمنٹ سہولیات فراہم کی جا رہی ہیں۔ 16000 ٹی ای یوز کنٹینرائزڈ کارگو اور 90000 مربع میٹر جنرل کارگو اسٹوریج کی گنجائش موجود ہے۔ سعودی عرب نے اصولی طور پر آئل ریفائنری میں سرمایہ کاری پر اتفاق کیا ہے، جس میں پاکستان اسٹیٹ آئل اور سعودی آرامکو شامل ہوں گے۔ اسی طرح چین پاکستان اقتصادی راہداری کے منصوبوں کو بھی تیز کیا جا رہا ہے۔

گوادر توانائی کی سپلائی چین کو متنوع بنانے میں کردار ادا کر سکتا ہے۔ سی پیک 2.0 کے تحت معدنیات اور ویلیو ایڈیشن کے مواقع پیدا ہو رہے ہیں۔ افریقہ، مشرق وسطیٰ اور وسطی ایشیا کے ساتھ تجارتی روابط مضبوط ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ساتھ ہی مقامی ماہی گیری، ہنر اور ثقافت کو عالمی منڈی تک رسائی مل سکتی ہے۔

موجودہ ترقیاتی منصوبوں کے بارے میں بتائیں۔

سب سے بڑا منصوبہ سینٹرل بزنس ڈسٹرکٹ ہے جو 2585 ایکڑ پر مشتمل ہوگا اور مرحلہ وار مکمل کیا جائے گا۔ اس میں کارپوریٹ دفاتر، ہوٹلز، اپارٹمنٹس، شاپنگ سینٹرز اور دیگر سہولیات شامل ہوں گی۔

سمارٹ پورٹ سٹی ماسٹر پلان 2026 کے تحت 14 ٹاؤنز تعمیر کیے جا رہے ہیں۔ سیاحت کے فروغ کے لیے مختلف منصوبے زیر غور ہیں۔ نیو گوادر انٹرنیشنل ایئرپورٹ آپریشنل ہو چکا ہے، جبکہ این-85 اور کوسٹل ہائی وے جیسے رابطہ منصوبے بھی اہمیت رکھتے ہیں۔

گوادر فری زون میں ٹیکس مراعات، کسٹم ڈیوٹی میں سہولت، اور طویل المدتی لیز ماڈلز فراہم کیے جا رہے ہیں۔ ہمارا فوکس یہ ہے کہ ریگولیٹری عمل کو سادہ اور شفاف بنایا جائے تاکہ سرمایہ کار اعتماد کے ساتھ آگے بڑھ سکیں۔
