Dr. Nadeem Akhtar
My journey has been shaped by teaching, research, and institutional development.
I began my academic career at COMSATS University, Pakistan, where I taught MS and MPhil students in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management.
Later, I joined Yanbu Industrial College, Saudi Arabia, where my responsibilities expanded into:
- Program leadership
- Curriculum development
- Accreditation alignment (ACBSP & SHRM frameworks)
My core mission has always been:
“To align business education with global standards and real-world industry needs.”

What inspired you to establish Seisense as an international research platform?

Seisense was founded with the vision of making research open-access, globally visible, and practically relevant.
We established internationally indexed journals to:
- Promote global accessibility of research
- Bridge academia and industry
- Support emerging researchers worldwide
For me, research only becomes meaningful when it creates impact beyond publication.
